Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of tampapractice.com (the "site") and the materials on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
01 Use of this site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or breaches any applicable law.
02 No doctor-patient relationship
A doctor-patient relationship is formed only when Dr Tampa-Sahum sees you as a patient at the clinic in a clinical consultation and agrees to provide care.
03 Educational content
Written material, videos, podcast episodes, articles, guides and other content published on this site (including the Health Library and any content sold through the store) is intended for general health education only.
It is not:
- Individual medical advice.
- A diagnosis of any condition.
- A prescription for treatment.
- A substitute for assessment by your own healthcare provider.
If you are concerned about your health, seek advice from an appropriately qualified clinician. Never delay seeking medical attention because of something you read or watched on this site.
04 Emergencies
This website is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency in Canada, call 911 or attend your nearest emergency department. In the United Kingdom, call 999 or 111 as appropriate.
05 Store & purchases
Products sold through the store (digital guides, podcast subscriptions, courses, books and other physical items) are offered to the general public. Purchasing a product does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not entitle you to any clinical service.
Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Physical products are shipped to the address you provide. Returns and refund terms are set out at checkout.
Dr Pid'ange Tampa-Sahum has a direct financial interest in the products sold through this site. No clinical treatment at Peel Family Medical Centre is contingent on, or influenced by, any purchase.

07 Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, videos, podcast episodes, the 3W's name and format, the tampa practice name and wordmark, and the overall design — is the property of Dr Pid'ange Tampa-Sahum unless otherwise stated.
Educational and medical content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Short quotations for personal or non-commercial educational use, with attribution, are permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Pid'ange Tampa-Sahum accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information contained on the site, from technical issues with the site, or from the use or inability to use any product or service linked from the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in Ontario.
09 Governing law
